❌ zero submissions. challenge canceled. we tried. ❌
somewhere, an ai assistant sits unfinished in a git stash... 📎🕯️
what remains:
- empty github notifications that never arrived
- the submission counter stuck at zero
- clippy's therapist gave up. said it was "too late"
- the weighted grants committee won't return my calls
- echoes of code that was never pushed...
the aftermath:
- i still check for new submissions, but less frequently now
- the github webhook has gone silent
- clippy's started a support group for abandoned challenges
- sent 147 reminder emails (they went to spam)
- at least we still have our unmerged pull requests...
